RETURN POLICY: Although we've never had one damaged or returned, here's the rules: - Any product deemed to be defective requires an approved Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) PRIOR to being returned
- Collect returns will be refused
- Returned items must be received within 7 business days from the issue of the RGA#
- Returns must be boxed & shipped in their original packaging
- Damage to boxes or product may result in loss of credit for the product, therefore we strongly recommend you insure the package for the full retail value
- Returns due to reasons other than those in the warranty statement will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee
- Special orders, discounted items or discontinued products are not returnable for credit
