RETURN POLICY: Although we've never had a damaged or defective dog box, here's the rules: - Any product deemed to be defective requires an approved Return Goods Authorization Number PRIOR to being returned
- Collect returns will be refused
- Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the issue of the RGA#
- All returns must be boxed & shipped as they were originally received so as not to be damaged in transit; damage to boxes or product may result in loss of credit for the product
- Returns due to reasons other than those in the warranty statement will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee
- Special orders, discounted items or discontinued products are not returnable for credit
