Cedar Outdoor Pet Steps

Our Cedar Outdoor Dog Pet Steps enables dogs to more easily reach your car, pickup truck, SUV, RV or van. The stairs lessen the risk of injury to your dogs joints while getting in or out of a vehicle.

CEDAR OUTDOOR PET STEPS FEATURES:

• Custom made to order in the USA by highly skilled Amish craftsman - please allow 3-4 weeks for fabrication & shipping
• Although designed for ourdoor use, there is no reason you can't use them indoors
• Solid, weather resistant and bug resistant cedar construction
• Shipped unfinished and will weather to a light gray patina
• Two 4" wide grit strips on each step for non-slip footing and traction
• Built-in handle cut into the back of each unit for easy portability
• Can be painted, sealed or stained if you prefer to do so
• Steps are 6” high and 18" wide
• Rated for pets up to 250 lbs
• Arrives ready to use out of the box – no assembly required

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY :

• Warranty: 90 days for defects in materials or workmanship.
• All returns must be pre-approved. Due to the high cost of packaging and freight of their larger or some over-size boxes, shipping costs to the customer and for the return is not refundable.
• Unopened merchandise: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Reimbursement will be for the original cost of the product, not including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Return shipping charges resulting from “refused” shipments will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
• Opened merchandise: In addition to the “Unopened Merchandise Return” policy, the item must be in new/unused condition. A 10% re-stocking fee of the original cost of the product will be deducted from the refund.
• Damaged merchandise: If product appears damaged upon receipt, refuse the shipment and please contact us immediately. If you discover damage after receipt, contact us and we will make arrangements for the shipper to pick up the damaged merchandise. We will then initiate our damage claim and make arrangements to ship out replacement item(s).
